Due to adoption of the time resolved fluorescence marked antibody and an immunochromatography technique, rapid immunoassay of morphine can be achieved. The invention further provides a method for detecting morphine in a sample by using the test paper strip. The test paper strip has the advantages of being high in sensitivity, accurate in quantification, rapid in detection, convenient to operate, economical, and practical, and rapid detection and on-site detection on large scales of morphine samples can be achieved.
