The lipoid has multiple phospholipid bimolecular layer and is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10 to 40 percent of compound whitening and freckle-removing component, 10 to 25 percent of soyabean lecithin, 0.1 to 5 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 to 5 percent of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.1 to 5 percent of grease and the balance of water. The lipoid is added in the skin-care product composition. The lipoid and the skin-care product composition have good skin-whitening and freckle-removing effects and is favorable for improving the elasticity of skin and the water content of cuticle; and the preparation process is simple and suitablefor industrialized large-scale production.
