Abstract

The invention provides a desulfurization, denitration and dust-removing cooperative treatment device. The device comprises an air distribution outlet, a combustion furnace, a ceramic filter, a bubbling bed gas filter and an absorber which are communicated with one another sequentially; the absorber comprises a concentration part and an absorption part which are arranged on a lower layer as well asa denitration part which is arranged on an upper layer; the absorption part is used for absorbing an ammonium sulfite solution formed by SO2 in flue gas; the concentration part is used for pumping ammonium sulfate into a concentrated liquid spraying layer through a concentration pump, so that the ammonium sulfate is concentrated while the temperature of the flue gas is reduced, and ammonium sulfate slurry with the solid content of 5 to 15 percent is obtained; the denitration part is communicated with an ammonia gas conveying pipeline and a thermal desorption gas conveying pipeline; the denitration part is also provide with a denitration catalyst adding port; and the temperature of the thermal desorption gas is controlled to be about 400 DEG C, so that denitration reaction is accelerated,ammonium bisulfate adhering to the surface of the catalyst is decomposed and the surface of the catalyst is purified.
