Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of lanthanum niobate microwave dielectric ceramic nano powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: with niobium oxalates as a raw material, heating in a water bath until niobium oxalates is completely dissolved, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 8-10, carrying out suction filtration and cleaning milky white precipitates, and heating in the water bath for dissolving the precipitates in citric acid to obtain niobium citrate sol; further dissolving lanthanum nitrate in a citric acid solution to obtain lanthanum citrate sol (the molar amount of citric acid is 3 to 5 times the total molar amount of metal ions); fully stirring and mixing the niobium citrate sol and the lanthanum citrate sol according to the chemical formula LaNbO4, and adding ethylene glycol monomethyl ether (the molar amount of which is 2 to 4 times that of citric acid in the solution) as a stabilizer; evaporating water in the mixed sol and self-burningto obtain precursor powder, calcining at 650 to 750 DEG C to obtain the white LaNbO4 nano powder. The preparation method can be used to successfully obtain a lanthanum niobate microwave dielectric ceramic powder raw material with particle size of 40 to 80 nm, the preparation process is simple and free of pollution, and lanthanum niobate microwave dielectric ceramic with high performance can be obtained at a low temperature in the future.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a ceramic composition characterized by components, in particular to a preparation process of lanthanum niobate nanoscale ceramic powder. Background technique [0002] The main development direction of portable terminals in the future is light weight, miniaturization, high frequency and multi-function, so there are higher requirements for the material performance of microwave IC devices. Microwave dielectric ceramics are generally used as dielectric materials in microwave frequency band circuits, which can realize one or more functions, and are key materials for making microwave circuits and components. Usually, in the process of preparing microwave dielectric ceramics by the traditional solid-state method, the sintering temperature is relatively high, which makes the experimental conditions relatively harsh. In order to enable microwave ceramics to obtain similar properties at low temperatures, the present invention adopts a s...
