Problems solved by technology

[0006] The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the problem that the existing obstinate bacterial biofilm is difficult to remove, and provide a layer-by-layer self-assembled multilayer film of pH-responsive polyoxazoline-nanometer silver and its preparation method. The water surface resists bacterial adhesion, and realizes the release of antibacterial agent nano-silver under the stimulation of slightly acidic pH to kill bacteria, realizing the integration of anti-killing

Abstract

The invention discloses a pH responding type polyoxazoline-nano silver layer by layer self-assembly multilayer film and a preparation method thereof. The self-assembly film can prevent adhesion, has apH responding property, and can controllably release nano silver (an antibacterial agent). The preparation method comprises following steps: at first preparing a functional monomer 2-(2-methoxycarbonyl)ethyl-2-oxazoline, then preparing anionic polyoxazoline (Pox) with negative charges through copolymerization reactions; at the same time, reducing silver ions by utilizing catechol grafted chitosanto obtain nano silver composite sol (CCS-AgNPs); and alternatively assembling polyoxazoline with negative charges and nano silver with positive charges by a static layer by layer self-assembly methodto obtain the multilayer film with a pH responding property. The provided multilayer film can prevent the adhesion of bacteria, and can release nano silver to kill bacteria under the irritation of weak acids, and the functions of bacterium inhibiting and bacterium killing are integrated.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical antibacterial films, and specifically relates to a layer-by-layer self-assembled multilayer film of pH-responsive polyoxazoline-nano silver and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent decades, due to the high incidence of cardiovascular and various metabolic diseases, the number of patients undergoing medical device implantation operations has increased. However, when the device is implanted in the body, it is very easy to be adhered to the surface by bacteria, forming a membrane of bacterial aggregates, that is, bacterial biofilm. This bacterial infection has become one of the main reasons for the failure of implant surgery. Once the biofilm on the surface of the device is formed, it is extremely difficult to kill and remove. Compared with free bacteria, the bacteria in the membrane are much more resistant to antibiotics and antibacterial agents. At the same time, they are diffic...
