Abstract

The invention discloses a self-compacting concrete based on magnetically separated steel slag tailings and desulfurized ash and a preparation method thereof. The self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100-120 parts of water, 100-150 parts of magnetically separated steel slag tailings, 40-60 parts of desulfurized ash, 100-200 parts of aggregate, 70-100 parts of fly ash, 10-30 parts of aluminum powder, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent, and 2-5 parts of an antifoaming agent. The magnetically separated steel slag tailings mixed with the desulfurized ash provided by the invention can well replace the cement; the recycling of the waste can effectively reduce the cement consumption; the preparation cost is reduced; and the prepared self-compacting concrete has good working performance.
