A process represented by figure 1 is a new method provided on the basis of filter membrane filtration and a micro-fluidic fluid principle. The cross-flow filtration is characterized in that the flow direction of a water phase is parallel to the surface of the filter membrane to form a large pressure on the surface of the filter membrane, so cells enter filter holes, and are filtered and screened, and the activity of the cells is not affected after the filtration in order to achieve the efficient enrichment effect.
