Embodiment 1

[0025] Preparation of cow dung-based biochar: take the cow dung out of the room to dry for 24 hours, and use a mortar to grind the cow dung to a particle size of less than 0.150 mm. Take a certain quality of cow dung pellets and place them in an oven at 105°C for 24 hours, put the dried cow dung pellets in a vacuum tube furnace, and pyrolyze them in a nitrogen atmosphere at 750°C for 2 hours. When the temperature is lowered to 30°C, take it out, and the cow dung-based biochar is obtained at this time.

[0026] Preparation of iron-modified cow dung-based biochar: prepare sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 0.5 mol / L. Weigh 10g of cow dung-based biochar and 5g of ferric chloride and dissolve them in a 250 mL beaker containing 50 mL of high-purity water. Add sodium hydroxide solution dropwise at a constant temperature of 60±2°C and vigorous stirring to adjust the pH 11±1. Stir vigorously for 4 hours and then cool to room temperature, then use a vacuum filtration devi...

Embodiment 2

[0029] Preparation of cow dung-based biochar: using the method in Example 1.

[0030] Preparation of iron-modified cow dung-based biochar: prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 2mol / L. Weigh 10g of cow dung-based biochar and 10g of ferric chloride, dissolve them in a 250mL beaker containing 50mL of high-purity water, add dropwise at a constant temperature of 60±2°C and vigorous stirring, and adjust the pH to 11±1. Stir vigorously for 4 hours and then cool to room temperature, then use a vacuum filtration device for solid-liquid separation and use high-purity water to wash the resulting black precipitate to be nearly neutral. Finally, it is placed in an oven and dried at 105°C for 24 hours. The resulting product is modified cow dung-based biochar.

[0031] Applied to the adsorption of water containing perchlorate: prepare 500ml of sodium perchlorate solution with a concentration of 2000μg / L and place it in a conical flask. Weigh 2 g of the above-mentioned ads...

Embodiment 3

[0033] Regeneration of iron-modified cow dung-based biochar: prepare sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 0.5 mol / L. Weigh 10g of iron-modified cow dung-based biochar that has lost its adsorption activity and 5g of ferric chloride, dissolve it in a 250mL beaker containing 50mL of high-purity water, add sodium hydroxide solution dropwise at a constant temperature of 60±2°C and vigorous stirring. Adjust the pH to 11±1. Stir vigorously for 4 hours and then cool to room temperature, then use a vacuum filtration device for solid-liquid separation and use high-purity water to wash the resulting black precipitate to be nearly neutral. Finally, it is placed in an oven and dried at 105°C for 24 hours. The resulting product is regenerated iron modified cow dung-based biochar.

[0034] Applied to the adsorption of water containing perchlorate: prepare 500ml of sodium perchlorate solution with a concentration of 2000μg / L and place it in a conical flask. Weigh 1g of the above-m...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of iron-modified cow dung-based biochar for adsorbing and removing perchlorates in water, and belongs to the field of applications of water treatment technologies. Perchlorates are toxic inorganic anions. The perchlorates in water can inhibit the ability of the human thyroid to absorb iodine and interfere the normal physiological functions of the thyroid, and are novel noteworthy pollutants in the water environment. Cow dung-based biochar prepared by pyrolysis in a nitrogen atmosphere is used as a matrix, and metal iron salts are coprecipitated onthe surface of the matrix to form iron-based biochar containg a large amount of hydroxyl groups. The material can efficiently remove the perchlorates in water by ion exchange in a solution, and solid-liquid separation can be quickly carried out by reduced pressure filtration or filtration. The raw material in the method is cow dung, and has the advantages of wide range of sources, low cost, and facilitation of environmental protection, and the regeneration process is simple, so the purpose of treating wastes with wastes is achieved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention provides a preparation method of iron-modified cow dung-based biochar for adsorbing and removing perchlorate in water, which belongs to the application field of water treatment technology. The iron-modified cow dung-based biochar prepared by the method can effectively remove perchlorate from water due to its unique physical and chemical properties and the existence of a large number of hydroxyl iron functional groups. Background technique [0002] Perchlorate is a toxic inorganic anion. Perchlorate inhibits the ability of the human thyroid to absorb iodine and interferes with the normal physiological function of the thyroid, leading to a series of diseases, such as nerve damage and anemia. Therefore, research on perchlorate in the field of water treatment has become a hot spot. Because perchlorate has strong oxidizing power, high solubility and strong stability, perchlorate is widely used as solid rocket propellant, oxidant for explosives, mi...
