The biochemical treatment method comprises the following steps: firstly, sending sewage into a pretreatment tank to be primarily treated; then sending the pretreated sewage into a biochemical reaction tank, wherein the biochemical reaction tank comprises an anaerobic section and an aerobic section, sludgeof the aerobic section contains nitrifying bacteria and polyphosphate accumulating bacteria, sludge of the anaerobic section contains polyphosphate accumulating bacteria, and sludge of an anoxic section contains denitrifying bacteria. A reflux system in the biochemical reaction tank is applied to nitrification liquid reflux, a phosphorus crystal a tank is arranged in the reflux system, and furthermore, a complex reagent is added into the reflux system to be used for promoting phosphate crystallization separation. By means of adding the complex reagent, contradiction in a biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process is eliminated, and phosphorus is removed in high efficiency; aiming at removal effects of different effluent standards, cost can be reduced by controlling the reaction rate of the complex reagent in the sewage; meanwhile, an auxiliary reagent also can be added to further enhance an nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect.
