Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a high-activity medical food raw material for IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking raw materials including rhizoma dioscoreae and the like; carrying out enzymolysis to obtain an enzymolysis solution A; (2) taking raw materials including adzuki beans and the like; carrying out the enzymolysis to obtainan enzymolysis solution B; (3) taking raw materials including fructus amomi and the like; carrying out the enzymolysis to obtain an enzymolysis solution C; (4) taking raw materials including pericarpium citri reticulatae and the like; carrying out the enzymolysis to obtain an enzymolysis solution D; finally, mixing according to a specific ratio to obtain the high-activity raw material for medicalfoods. According to the method provided by the invention, the raw materials are scientifically matched, and all plant components form basic nutrient components necessary for a human body, such as saccharides, protein and fat, and active components aiming at the IBD; green and efficient extraction is carried out by adopting a cooperative effect of a compound enzyme aiming at different components,so that the basic nutrient components are easily absorbed by a patient, and the active components are released at a maximum ratio.
