Abstract

The invention discloses a precipitation type mullite production method. The precipitation type mullite production method comprises the following steps: taking a plurality of kaolin, placing the kaolinin water and fully stirring to obtain a mixed solution; filtering the mixed solution, and taking out impurities to obtain filtrate; adding ammonia water in the filtrate, and fully stirring to generate precipitates; drying the precipitates and then placing the precipitates in a modified aqueous solution, and soaking for 30-40 h to obtain modified powder, wherein the modified aqueous solution comprises 5-15% by mass of organic acid and 2-6% by mass of a fluorine-containing compound; and calcining the modified powder to obtain finished mullite. Compared with the prior art, the precipitation typemullite production method is used for producing mullite, the quality of the finished mullite can be improved effectively, and thus, the finished mullite has good particle uniformity, suitable dispersibility and excellent thermal stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a production method of mullite, in particular to a precipitation type mullite production method. Background technique [0002] Mullite is an emerging high-temperature refractory material, which has the advantages of high melting point, low thermal conductivity and good corrosion resistance, so it is widely used in high-temperature structural materials, structural ceramics, filters and microelectronics and other fields. However, it cannot be obtained directly from nature and needs to be prepared artificially. The prior art provides abundant mullite preparation methods, but there is still room for improvement. In view of this, the present inventor has obtained a kind of precipitation type mullite production method after intensive research. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a precipitation type mullite production method, which enriches the production method of mullite and imp...
