The ultra-lightweight and high wear-resistant rubber-plastic sole is prepared from the following two components in parts by weight: 70-80% of rubber-plastic composition and 22-28% of rubber-plastic auxiliary agent. The rubber-plastic composition is prepared from 65-70% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 15-18% of isoprene rubber (IR), and 15-18% of block olefin copolymer (BOC); and the rubber-plastic auxiliary agent is prepared from 48-52% of anti-wear agent, 22-28% of filler, 1.2-1.8% of vulcanization accelerator, 2.2-2.8% of vulcanization active agent, 3-4% of active agent, 2.0-2.5% of cross-linking agent, 7.5-9.0% of foaming agent and 7-8% of chromogenic agent.
