Abstract

The invention provides a hotpot odor removal mist spray adopting plant extracts as a deodorant. The hotpot odor removal mist spray is prepared from, by weight, 0.01-8.00% of persimmon extracts, 0.01-5.00% of corn extracts, 0.01-5.00% of dehydrated sorbitan monolaurate, 0.01-5.00% of solubilizer, 0.01-5.00% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.01-1.00% of phenoxyethanol, 0.01-0.50% of tea tree essential oil, 0.10-0.30% of benzalkonium chloride, and the balance purified water. The hotpot odor removal mist spray adopting plant extracts as the deodorant is prepared for ingredients of volatilized flavor substances in hotpot backing materials, persimmon extracts and corn extracts are adopted as the deodorant, the odor removal rate can reach 84% within 5 min when a consumer performs testing, and hotpot odor remaining on clothes can be effectively lowered; the hotpot odor removal mist spray is safe, non-toxic, free of stimulation to skin and respiratory tracts, and capable of being sprayed at ease; inaddition, the prepared mist spray is simple in production technology, mild in condition and suitable for large-scale production.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a hot pot deodorizing spray using plant extracts as deodorizing agents and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] School of Food and Bioengineering, Xihua University, Chengdu 610039, Sichuan, and China Institute of Testing Technology, Chengdu 610056, Sichuan in "Comparison of Volatile Flavor Substances and Principal Component Analysis of Special Red Oil Hot Pot Base in Sichuan and Chongqing" (1002-0306 (2016) ) 07-0283-05), using Simultaneous Distillation Extraction (SDE) to extract the volatile flavor substances in the Sichuan-Chongqing characteristic red oil hot pot bottoms, and the extracts were subjected to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) separation and detection. The flavor substances detected in the tested samples are alcohol compounds, aldehyde compounds, ketone compounds, ester compounds, and hydrocarbon compounds. Among them, the comm...
