The production method is characterized by first placing 8-12% of maleic anhydride, 10-15% of phthalic anhydride, and 10-16% of 1,2-propanediol into a container for stirring, and heating up to 50-80 DEG C until complete dissolution, and then placing 1-3% of ethylene glycol, 0.5-1% of hydroquinone, 35-47% of polyester resin, and 25-30% of aromatics solvent oil in another container for stirring, heating up to 50-100 DEG C, uniformly stirring two solutions at room temperature, and then adding the mixture of the two solutions to agrinding machine for grinding. The paint produced by the method is full in paint film and is strong in adhesion. The volatilization speed is moderate, usage of the paint does not cause pollution to humans and environment, and the paint has an environmental protection function.
