pipe is arranged at one end in the cavity of the inner container, an oil outlet
pipe is arranged at the other end, and two ends of the oil inlet
pipe and the oil outlet pipe are respectively communicated with the central holes of the two shaft heads and the heat conducting oil cavity; the two ends of two shaft heads are respectively matched with rotary joints for being communicated with an oil pipeline, a
circulating pump, a valve and a heat conducting oil heating boiler; and a PLC program is used for controlling the
heating temperature of heat conducting oil and the work of the valve and the
circulating pump. The
drying cylinder has small heat loss of the heat conducting oil, compared with the prior art, the drying cylinder can save energy by about 50%, simultaneously have no gas emission, have the environment-friendly function and save water; drying cylinder is a pressure-free container and has good safety performance; and the drying temperature is even and the drying cylinder is convenient to control.
