A rotating shaft on the first hydraulic pump is connected with a train wheel axle. A return oil pipeline on the first hydraulic pump is connected with an oil inlet of the second hydraulic pump. A rotating shaft on the second hydraulic pump is connected with the generator. The invention further provides a using method of the vehicle-mounted distributed power generation and supply and energy storage system, including the following steps: S1, connecting the rotating shaft of the first hydraulic pump with the wheel axle, and connecting the second hydraulic pump with the first hydraulic pump and the generator; and S2, connecting the generator with the battery pack through a rectifier, and connecting the battery pack with a load through the inverter.
