Abstract

The invention provides a glass fiber reinforced nylon halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch and a preparation method and application thereof. The glass fiber reinforced nylon halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch comprises 20.0%-48.0% of resin carrier, 50%-75% of fire retardant of melamine polyphosphate and derivative thereof, 0.1%-2% of acid acceptor, 0.1%-5% of lubricant, 0.2%-0.6% of antioxygen and 0.0%-1% of rheological additive. The glass fiber reinforced nylon halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch has the advantages that stability of the fire retardant of melamine polyphosphateand derivative thereof in halogen-free flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced nylon shearing and extruding processes is improved, contacts of the fire retardant of melamine polyphosphate and derivative thereof and organic aluminum hypophosphite fire retardant in the processes are reduced, and degradation and color changes of the nylon are reduced.
