Belonging to the technical field of product safety and detection, the invention in particular relates to a detection method for an
antibacterial agent in a
textile product. The method takes
triclocarban, alpha-bromocinnamaldehyde, 2-(4-
thiazole)-
benzimidazole, and 4-chloro-3-methylphenol as the
antibacterial agent target compounds to detect the residual amount of the
antibacterial agent target compounds by the steps of: taking a representative sample,
cutting the sample into 0.5-1.5g small pieces, adding 50-200mL of
ethanol and performing Soxhlet extraction for 1.5-3h; then taking the extracted liquid to perform detection; specifically, employing a C18 column, adopting a mobile phase including
acetonitrile and deionized water, and keeping the
column temperature at 25-35DEG C; selecting a
diode array
detector as the
detector; controlling the detection
wavelength at 265, 300, 300, and 230nm respectively; and employing an improved
Soxhlet extractor as for Soxhlet extraction, with the
Soxhlet extractor including an outer tube and an inner tube that are sleeved together, and the upper end
grinding port of the inner tube being connected to a condenser. The method provided by the invention has high efficiency in extraction and detection analysis of the antibacterial agent in the
textile product.
