The test method comprisesthe steps of: (1) preparing a kind of fertilizer for testing, wherein the fertilizer comprises urea, calcium superphosphate, monopotassium phosphate, organic fertilizer, and ferrous sulfate; (2) making slow release bags from common kraft paper, and pricking 10 holes on one face of each bag, wherein the diameter of each hole is 5 mm; (3) utilizing field micro-plot trial, and setting seven different fertilizer treatments; selecting 5 Clawson vine with the same vigor and with no diseases and insects, and repeating each treatment three times, wherein the soil fertilization is implemented by dipping a hole with the depth of 40 cm and 30 cm away from the root; (4) determining Chlorophyll and leaf area 2 weeks after each time of fertilization; (5) measuring the yield and quality of each plot; (6) determining the net photosynthetic rate, the transpiration rate, the air hole conductivity, and the intercellular CO2 concentration of the Clawson vine leaf; and (7) performing data analysis according to the test results in steps (4) to (6).
