Through the optimally designed device for treating the solid wastes through the plasma gasification melting furnace, the plasma torch is used for treating the solid wastes in thefurnace body at high temperature; through the tilting of the furnace body, furnace slags in a fluid state after treatment are discharged through a fluid outlet so as to be conveniently dumped, so thatthe equipment operation cost can be effectively reduced; and the plasma torch treatment high temperature is high, so that gas during the treatment process is sufficiently gasified or combusted, the discharged tail gas is larger than or equal to 1200 DEG C, and the residue of harmful macromolecule gas is reduced.
