The perovskite solar module includes: a substrate; a transparent conductive oxide layer disposed on at least a part of the surface of the substrate; an electron transport layer disposed on at least a part of the surface of the transparent conductive oxide layer away from the substrate; a photoactive layer disposed on At least a part of the surface of the electron transport layer away from the transparent conductive oxide layer; a hole transport layer, which is arranged on at least a part of the surface of the photoactive layer away from the electron transport layer; an electrode, which is arranged on at least a part of the hole transport layer away from the photoactive layer a portion of the surface; and a barrier layer disposed in the photoactive layer and spacing the photoactive layer from the protrusion of the electrode.
