Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing potassium content of tobacco leaves by combining microbial bacterial fertilizer with microbial fermentation liquid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the microbial fermentation liquid; (2) preparing the bacterial fertilizer; (3) applying base fertilizer; (4) watering with the microbial fermentation liquid. The method utilizes bacillus safensis and bacillus tequilensis to prepare the microbial fermentation liquid and the bacterial fertilizer, and adopts a way of combining the microbial fermentation liquid and the bacterial fertilizer; the bacillus safensis and the bacillus tequilensis are applied respectively in solid state form and a liquid state form, and are promoted to colonize in the soil so as to finally form a dominant bacterial community; the bacterial fertilizer and the microbial fermentation liquid are organically combined together, so that the potassium content of the tobacco leaves can be effectively increased. The method reduces the consumption of chemical fertilizer and chemical pesticide, protects and promotes the growth of tobaccos, and promotes environmental friendliness.
