This invention discloses a method for producing
Bacillus coagulans spore powder, providing a high-concentration, high-quality
spore powder production method for a heat-resistant, multifunctional,
tea tree phosphate-solubilizing biocontrol
Bacillus coagulans strain. This method can ferment and produce high-viable-
spore, highly stress-resistant mature spore
fermentation broth, high-viable-spore, centrifuged concentrated spore
powder, and high-viable-spore, high-quality spore powder of strain PPX-13 (CGMCC No. 7.608). Preservation tests show that the PPX-13 high-viable-spore, high-quality spore powder product has a
shelf life of one year when stored at low cost in a dark, room-temperature environment. Based on the established industrial-scale production process, it can be preliminarily estimated that each
ton of high-viable-spore, highly stress-resistant mature spore
fermentation broth can produce 8.7 kg of high-viable-spore, centrifuged concentrated spore powder and 392.81 kg of PPX-13 high-concentration, high-quality spore powder product, enabling large-scale
industrial fermentation production of
Bacillus coagulans spore powder.
