firmicutes, family of muribaculaceae, order of bacteroidales, class of bacteroidia, phylum of bacteroidetes, class of
clostridia, order of lachnospirales, family of lachnospiraceae, class of
clostridia UCG-014 and order of oscillatolales. The content or abundance of the above marker can be detected to predict the
curative effect of mesenchymal stromal cells treating Crohn's
disease. The application further provides a method for constructing a
curative effect prediction model based on the above marker, and obtains the
curative effect prediction model. The application can realize the
early prediction of the curative effect of mesenchymal stromal cells treating Crohn's
disease, and has a good clinical application prospect.
