The invention relates to a biocontrol
microorganism of wide spectrum antagonistic
plant pathogenic fungi and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of microbial pesticides. The biocontrol
microorganism is a
Bacillus methylotrophicus Mo-Bm strain preserved in a CGMCC (China General
Microbiological Culture Collection Center) on 12th October 2010 with a preservation number of CGMCC No.4207. A 16S rRNA
gene sequence (with a sequence number of HQ325853 in a GeneBank
database) of the Mo-Bm strain is a main characteristic basis for identifying the strain; and the Mo-Bm strain can
resist 0.5-2 percent (V / V) carbinol, and is a secondary characteristic basis. The
microorganism and metabolins thereof are prepared into a Mo-Bm
wettable powder biocontrol anti-
bacteria agent together with
pesticide conventional absorption carriers and aids. The microorganism has a
control effect of above 70 percent on tobacco black shank, cruciferclubroot and pseudo-
ginseng root rot. The biocontrol microorganism has the characteristics of low cost, high
control effect, no residue and safety to people and
livestock, and is an efficient biological
pesticide for controlling
fungus diseases during organic
agriculture planting.
