A high-strength wear-resistant composite steel plate and its manufacturing method

A technology of composite steel plate and manufacturing method, applied in chemical instruments and methods, metal rolling, layered products, etc., can solve the problems of low strength and hardness that cannot be used for wear-resistant parts, component failure, poor internal quality of ingots, etc. Avoid the effect of lower strength and hardness, reduce the thickness of the steel plate, and reduce the amount of material used

Problems solved by technology

Compared with high manganese steel, medium manganese steel has a fast work hardening speed when the impact load is small, and can quickly form a stable hardened layer with high hardness, and the ability to resist impact abrasive wear is greatly improved, but due to its own low hardness It cannot be applied to wear-resistant parts of key structures that need to bear weight, and it is easy to deform during actual application, resulting in component failure
Usually, medium manganese steel is produced by casting. However, the internal quality of the ingot is poor, there are many defects, and it is prone to cracking during use, which greatly reduces the service life of the product and increases the cost of use, which is not conducive to product marketing.

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-strength wear-resistant composite steel plate. The composite steel plate comprises a substrate layer and a composite layer compounded with one side or two sides of the substrate layer; and the substrate layer is a carbon steel layer, the composite layer is a medium-manganese steel layer, and the content of Mn element in the composite layer is 5.00-10.00 wt.%. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the high-strength wear-resistant composite steel plate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) producing a carbon steel layer slaband a medium-manganese steel layer slab; (2) assembling the slabs; (3) heating: raising the temperature to 1150-1250 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 1-3 h; (4) carrying out composite rolling: rolling at an initial rolling temperature of 1120-1220 DEG C and a finishing rolling temperature of 1050-1200 DEG C, and controlling the reduction ratio to be 50% or above; and 5) cooling after rolling. The high-strength wear-resistant composite steel plate of the invention has the advantages of high hardness, good toughness, high wear resistance and excellent comprehensive performances.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a high-strength wear-resistant composite steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] The work hardening ability of high manganese steel under the condition of low and medium impact wear stress is insufficient, so its wear resistance is low. Compared with high-manganese steel, medium-manganese steel has a fast work-hardening speed when the impact load is small, and can quickly form a stable hardened layer with high hardness. The ability to resist impact abrasive wear is greatly improved, but due to its own low hardness It cannot be applied to wear-resistant parts of key structures that need to bear weight, and it is easy to deform during actual application and cause component failure. Usually, medium manganese steel is produced by casting. However, the internal quality of the ingot is poor, there are many defects, and it is pron...
