Embodiment Construction

[0089] when referring to Figure 5 , it can be seen that the support S and the casting core NF are shown in an exploded view. The support S has an upper surface inclined at an angle α with respect to the horizontal and in which an impression E for the lower face of the foundry core NF is formed.

[0090] For the CAD manufacture of the support S, the lower surface of the casting core NF is transferred onto the inclined face of the support S to produce the imprint E; an "offset" operation in XYZ is performed on such a face, i.e. in the direction Displacement (eg 400 microns) on X, Y, Z; then, the casting core is placed at a certain distance on Z or in the space between the support S and the lower face of the casting core, which distance or spacing can is 135 microns plus the depth of polymerization, which is the depth of paste that will be passed through the polymerized paste by the laser beam. The depth of polymerization depends on the paste used and on the laser parameters: ...

Abstract

On a working platform 1 of a stereolithography machine, is manufactured, by the technique of additive manufacturing, simultaneously but separately, from a same pasty photocurable ceramic composition:a green assembly made up of a support 2 of the green piece and of the green piece on the support, the free surface of the latter imprinted by a first face of the green piece; and a green ceramic shaper 4, whose free surface bears the imprint of a second face of the green piece opposed to the first face, made of ceramic material parts; in a kiln, is placed, on the green shaper 4 thus obtained withits imprint turned upwards, the green assembly thus obtained with its green piece turned downwards in order for it to be received in the imprint of the shaper 4, and the green piece thus held betweenthe shaper 4 and the support 2 is subjected to debinding and to sintering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of blanks made of ceramic material by means of additive manufacturing techniques, such green parts being used for debinding and sintering operations to obtain finished ceramic parts. Background technique [0002] The additive manufacturing technique used to obtain such green parts, also known as stereolithography, usually involves the following steps: [0003] - construction by computer-aided design of a computer model of the blank to be manufactured, the dimensions of which are slightly larger than those of the blank to be manufactured, in order to prevent shrinkage of the ceramic during firing (degreasing and sintering) of the blank; and [0004] - Manufacture of blanks by means of additive manufacturing technology, according to which: [0005] - forming a first layer of photocurable composition on the working platform, the photocurable composition generally comprises at least one ceramic materia...
