specific Embodiment approach 1

[0021] Specific embodiment one: the organic carbon content determination method in the present embodiment soil, comprises the following steps:

[0022] 1. Sample weighing:

[0023] Put the silver cup into the balance, adjust the balance to zero, take off the silver cup and put the soil sample into the silver cup, put the silver cup together with the soil sample into the balance for weighing, and record the weight of the soil sample;

[0024] The cup materials commonly used in organic elemental analysis are tin and silver. Because the chemical properties of silver are relatively stable, silver cups are selected in this method;

[0025] 2. Sample acidification:

[0026] Add 6mol / L hydrochloric acid to the silver cup containing the soil sample, and after reacting for 0.5-1 hour, heat the silver cup containing the soil sample at 50-55°C for at least 0.5 hour;

[0027] Carbonate in the soil sample reacts with hydrochloric acid to generate carbon dioxide volatilization, which achi...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0031] Embodiment 2: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 in that: the weight range of the soil sample in Step 1 is 10-500 mg. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

[0032] This embodiment selects such a weight range to ensure measurement accuracy.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0033] Embodiment 3: This embodiment is different from Embodiment 1 or 2 in that: the size of the silver cup in step 1 is 5mm*8mm. Others are the same as in the first or second embodiment.

[0034] In this embodiment, a silver cup of this size is used for the convenience of placing it on an organic element analyzer to measure the carbon and nitrogen content.

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic carbon content determination method in soil, and relates to an organic carbon content determination method. The problem that the existing analysis method is tediousin experimental operation and large in testing error is to be solved. The method comprises the following steps: one, sample weighing: placing a silver cup in a balance, performing zero-setting on thebalance, taking off the silver cup and placing the soil sample in the silver cup, placing the silver cup with the soil sample into the balance to weigh, and recording the soil sample weight; two, sample acidification: adding hydrochloric acid in the silver cup filled with the soil sample to react, and heating the silver cup filled with the soil sample; and three, sample measurement: extruding theair in the silver cup filled with the treated soil sample by using tweezers, packing as a regular block, and placing on an organic element analyzer to determine the carbon nitrogen content. Through the method disclosed by the invention, the standard sample and the to-be-tested sample can be determined under the same experimental condition, the error caused by manual operation can be solved, so that the accuracy of the determination result is higher. The method disclosed by the invention is used for determining the organic carbon content in the soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring organic carbon content. Background technique [0002] Soil is the core of the terrestrial ecosystem and the link connecting the atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere and lithosphere. Soil carbon pool is the largest carbon pool in terrestrial ecosystems. Most of the carbon exists in the soil in the form of organic matter. Due to the huge storage capacity of soil organic carbon storage, its small change may affect the transfer of carbon to the atmosphere. Emissions affect global climate change through the greenhouse effect, and at the same time affect the nutrient supply of terrestrial vegetation, which in turn has a profound impact on the distribution, composition, structure and function of terrestrial ecosystems. Soil organic matter is not only the source of plant mineral nutrition and organic nutrition, but also the energy source of heterotrophic microorganisms in soil, and also an important factor in the ...
