Abstract

The present invention provides a transparent bicontinuous microemulsion composition which does not require an anionic or cationic surfactant, a water-soluble alcohol or the like, and a cosmetic excellent in use, which composition has the following general formula (A) (1) A polyglyceryl group-containing organic (poly)siloxane, (B) oil agent, and (C) water composition. In the formula, R1 is independently an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or a phenyl group, and R2 is a group having a structure represented by the following formula (2) or the following formula (3), and R3 is independent ofeach other.
