Abstract

The invention discloses a conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive which can be used as insulating glue for secondary use. Raw materials of the adhesive comprise a coupling agent, conductive composite particles, butyl acetate, a polyacrylate emulsion, an antifoaming agent, a preservative, a leveling agent, p-toluenesulfonic acid and glycidyl methacrylate, and a preparation method of the adhesive comprises the steps: (1) adding the coupling agent and the conductive composite particles to a butyl acetate solution, then adding the polyacrylate emulsion, and performing ultrasonic vibration so as toobtain a uniform emulsion; and (2) adding the antifoaming agent, the preservative and the leveling agent to the uniform emulsion, then adding p-toluenesulfonic acid and glycidyl methacrylate, and performing mixing and stirring so as to obtain the adhesive. The conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive has good adhesion and electrical conductivity, and can be widely applied to circuit boards; not onlycan electronic components be bonded, but also a conduction effect can be achieved, and since the conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive has good insulation properties after the electrical conductivity is lost, the adhesive can be used as insulating glue for secondary use; and the adhesive has a good prospect of market application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pressure-sensitive adhesives, and in particular relates to a conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be used as an insulating adhesive for secondary use. Background technique [0002] With the continuous advancement of science and technology, various portable electronic devices, such as mobile phones, digital cameras, video cameras, and notebook computers, have gradually penetrated into people's daily lives and become an indispensable part of them. As an important part of these electronic devices, the safety of batteries has attracted more and more attention. Lithium batteries occupy the mainstream position in the battery market due to their significant advantages of large capacity and small size. However, when lithium batteries are short-circuited, overcharged or the charging current is too large, it is easy to cause the battery body to heat up violently and damage the product. Explosions, burni...
