In order to realize the aims of the invention, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a straw composting agent; the straw composting agent is prepared from the following raw materials according to the following content: 22 percent of trichoderma harzianum, 22 percent of trichoderma viride, 15 percentof bacillus subtilis, 15 percent of bacillus megaterium and 20 percent of bacillus thuringiensis.
