Abstract

The device comprises a flue gas acceleration device, an ash particle separation device, an ash conveying device, a flue gas deceleration device and a flue gas rectification device. Flow velocity of flue gas at an outlet of a coal economizer is increased through the flue gas acceleration device, the flue gas enters the ash particle separation device to separate out large-particle ash through inertia separation, and the separated-out ash is sent into an ash silo through the air conveying device. Flow velocity of clean flue gas after being deashed is lowered through the flue gas deceleration device, the flue gas after being decelerated is mixed with ammonia gas sprayed in by an ammonia spraying grating, flue gas after being rectified by a primary rectifier and a secondary rectifier uniformly flows into a catalyst layer, in this way, the objective of preventing wear and blockage of the SCR denitration catalyst is achieved.
