Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of centrifugal separation, wherein original biogas slurry is conveyed to a centrifugal separator from afirst-level original biogas slurry storage tank through a first material conveying pump for solid and liquid separation, separated filter residues can be used as a raw material of feed, and a separated filtrate flows into a second-level original biogas slurry storage tank of the ceramic membrane filtration system; ceramic membrane filtration, wherein the filtrate in the second-level original biogas slurry storage tank is pumped into a tubular ceramic membrane unit through a circulating pump for separation, and remaining suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms, macromolecular organic matterand the like in the biogas slurry are removed. By arranging the centrifugal separation system, the ceramic membrane filtration system, the nanofiltration membrane desalting system and the reverse osmosis concentration system, the problems are solved that a traditional biogas slurry purifying method is single in separation filtration measure and not ideal in purifying effect, and valuable components in the biogas slurry cannot be easily separated out completely.
