Abstract

The method comprises following steps: a cationic surfactant, perfluoro alkyl acrylate monomer, long chain acrylate monomer, a solvent, and water are mixed, and emulsification is carried out to obtain a pre-prepared emulsion; a functional monomer and an initiator are added into the pre-prepared emulsion, an obtained mixed product is introduced into a microwave reactor for reaction, after reaction, cooling to room temperature is carried out so as to obtain a finished product.
