Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a super-hydrophobic gold electrode. The method comprises the steps of depositing PbS / PbSe compound on an ITO electrode through utilization of a cyclicvoltammetry; and placing the electrode in a HAuCl<4> solution, carrying out reaction for 3h in a 40 degrees centigrade constant temperature water bath, thereby obtaining the gold electrode of which surface has a super-hydrophobic characteristic. The method provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, high in efficiency and low in cost. Batch production can be realized. Gold in the prepared gold electrode has a nanoscale. The method has wide application prospect in the field of bioanalysis.
