Abstract

The invention discloses a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises a polymer emulsion, a poly-methylol compound emulsion, organosiloxane, waterborne polyurethane, an antifoaming agent, a sepiolite liquid, tetraethyl orthosilicate, benzoyl peroxide, butyl rubber and toluene diisocynate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the antifoaming agent, mixing ethylene oxide and propylene oxide according to a ratio, and continuously mixing the mixture with the propylene oxide according to the ratio after mixing completion so as to obtain an antifoaming agent after mixing completion; preparing the sepiolite liquid, namely mixing sepiolite and water according to the ratio, and performing mixing so as to obtain the needed sepiolite liquid; and preparing the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. With the adoption of the technical scheme of the invention, raw materials of the components are added into a reactor to be reacted according to the ratio, and the finished pressure-sensitive adhesive can be obtained after the reaction is completed. The viscosity and adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive after solarization meet preset practical requirements in the testing process, and use and production demands are met.
