A gas turbine and a gas internal combustion engine are combined, the gas turbine continuously runs to be responsible for providing basic power loads, and the gas internal combustion engine serves as a peak regulating unit. By means of the distributed cooling, heating and power combined supply system, fuel consumption can be reduced, gradient utilization of the energy is achieved, and reliability and energy saving performance of the distributed cooling, heating and power combined supply system are further improved. Gas turbine inflow air is cooled in summer, and the generating capacity of the gas turbine is improved; and gas turbine inflow air is heated in winter, and accordingly the phenomenon of ice blockage of an air inlet system is reduced.
