Embodiment 1

[0032] A preparation method for nickel neodecanoate, specifically comprising the steps of:

[0033] (1) Weigh 74g of neodecanoic acid and 8.75g of pivalic acid and add them into a four-necked flask to mix and stir evenly;

[0034] (2) Take nickel carbonate 50g and add in the four-necked flask and mix;

[0035] (3) After adding 16g of propionic acid and 40g of xylene, stir and heat up, the temperature is 95°C, and the reaction is refluxed for 1.5h;

[0036] (4) Under normal pressure, heat up to 170°C for dehydration and xylene, then heat up to 190°C for vacuum distillation, vacuum degree -0.08Mp, until no distillate is the end point, and the product is obtained;

[0037] (5) Sampling and analysis, NI content of 20-21% is qualified, and qualified products are granulated and packed into finished products.

[0038] Nickel neodecanoate appearance: green granular; melting point ℃: 101; nickel content %: 20.4; heating loss (105 °C) %: 0.5.

Embodiment 2

[0040] A preparation method for nickel neodecanoate, specifically comprising the steps of:

[0041] (1) Take neodecanoic acid 652kg, pivalic acid 61kg and add four-necked flask to mix and stir;

[0042] (2) take nickel carbonate 500kg and add in the four-necked flask and mix;

[0043] (3) After adding 166kg of propionic acid and 400kg of xylene, start stirring and heat up, at a temperature of 95°C, and reflux for 2 hours;

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of nickel neodecanoate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring neodecanoic acid and trimethylacetic acid in a reactor; (2) mixing nickel carbonate in the reactor; (3) adding propionic acid and xylene, and carrying out a heating backflow reaction; (4) carrying out dehydration and xylene removal so as to obtain a product; (5) carrying out product pelletizing and packaging, and carrying out warehouse storage, so as to obtain a finished product. The nickel neodecanoate is used for partially or completely replacing functions of a cobalt salt in an adhesive material. The nickel carbonate is adopted as a raw material for preparing the nickel neodecanoate, properties of the nickel neodecanoate are compared with those of a cobalt salt product, and results show that both physical properties and adhesiveness of the adhesive material can meet levels expected by adhesive materials, in addition, the raw material cost can be lowered by about 20%; the nickel neodecanoate has very good cost advantages, has properties equivalent to those of replaced products, or even prior to those of the replaced products, and is capable of partially or completely replacing similar products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rubber additive, in particular to a preparation method and application of nickel neodecanoate. Background technique [0002] Rubber adhesive is a kind of adhesive formulated with synthetic rubber or natural rubber such as chloroprene, nitrile, butyl silicone rubber, polysulfide, etc. as the main material. It has excellent elasticity and is suitable for bonding soft or materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, such as the bonding between rubber and rubber, rubber and metal, plastic, leather, wood and other materials. It is widely used in aircraft manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, construction, light industry, rubber product processing and other departments. [0003] Rubber adhesives are mainly divided into two categories: structural adhesives and non-structural adhesives. The structural type is divided into solvent glue type and film tape type, and most of them are composite systems (except polyurethane...
