Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial waste treatment system and method. The industrial waste treatment system comprises a pretreatment system, a first drying system and a second drying system. The pretreatment system comprises a filter press and a conveying belt. The first drying system comprises a heat pump system, a first multilayer belt drier and a vapor heat exchanger. The second drying system comprises a second multilayer belt drier and a high temperature combustion furnace. The conveying belt is connected with a discharge outlet of the filter press and a feed inlet of the first multilayer belt drier. The heat pump system comprises a compressor, an evaporator, a throttle valve and a condenser which are connected circularly. The heat exchange side of the condenser is connected with agas inlet of the first multilayer belt drier. The heat exchange side of the evaporator is connected with the outlet end of the vapor heat exchanger. A discharge outlet of the first multilayer belt drier is connected with a feed inlet of the second multilayer belt drier. A discharge outlet of the second multilayer belt drier is connected with a feed inlet of the high temperature combustion furnace.Through the industrial waste treatment system and method, the problems of unreasonable energy utilization and low efficiency of the prior art can be solved.
