Problems solved by technology

Researchers have found that many different substances are used as water-phase monomers, which have a great impact on the performance of nanofiltration membranes. For example, a single piperazine, phenylenediamine or polyols are used as water-phase monomers. Nanofiltration membranes with different properties can be prepared, but due to the poor chlorine resistance of polyamide nanofiltration membranes, and because water bodies are often disinfected with sodium hypochlorite solution or chlorine gas, the residual active chlorine in the water has the opportunity to interact with polyamide nanofiltration membranes. Chlorination degradation occurs after the reaction of the amide bond formed on the filter membrane, thereby reducing the performance of the nanofiltration membrane

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a blended polyamide composite nanofiltration membrane. A water phase monomer is prepared by blending two monomers with different structures according toa certain ratio. The preparation method comprises following steps: preparing a water phase solution and an oil phase solution; painting the water phase solution on an ultrafiltration base membrane atfirst; after a while, removing the water phase solution on the ultrafiltration base membrane, drying the ultrafiltration base membrane in the shade; then painting the ultrafiltration base membrane bythe oil phase solution; and finally carrying out a heat treatment at a temperature of 50 to 120 DEG C to obtain a nanofiltration composite membrane that is resistant to chlorine. Compared with a nanofiltration membrane, which is prepared by interfacial polymerization between a water phase monomer and an oil phase monomer, the provided nanofiltration membrane has a better performance and a betterchlorine resistant performance. The membrane forming process is simple. The price of used medicaments is low. The commercial feasibility is higher.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of composite nanofiltration membranes, and specifically refers to a preparation method of a blended polyamide composite nanofiltration membrane. Background technique [0002] At present, as a new type of membrane separation technology, nanofiltration has a good interception effect on divalent salts under low operating pressure, can effectively separate monovalent salts and divalent salts, and has a molecular weight of 2000 The following organic matter, due to these advantages, the preparation method and application of nanofiltration membrane has become a research hotspot. [0003] There are many methods for preparing nanofiltration membranes. For example, the immersion phase inversion method and interfacial polymerization are the most commonly used methods, while the interfacial polymerization method is the most widely used and the most used method for producing commercial nanofiltration membranes. It mainly...
