The method for preparing the microalgae fuel by solar-drivenbiochemical thermochemical conversion comprises the following steps: 1. carrying out microalgae culture and regular harvesting in a microalgae high-density culture and harvesting system; 2, introducing the harvested algae slurry into a solar hydrothermal pretreatment system, carrying out hydrothermal hydrolysis, and separating the obtained product in a solid-liquid separator to obtain a hydrothermal hydrolysate and algae residues; 3, introducing the hydrothermal hydrolysate into a biomass fermentation gas production system to produce a material gas, carrying out oil extraction on the algae residue, introducing the obtained oil into a biomass bio-oil refining system to produce biodiesel, and introducing the degreased algae residue into the biomass fermentation gas production system to produce the material gas; and 4, performing biogas purification by using sodium carbonate, and recovering CO2 for microalgae culture; wherein the system is powered by solar photovoltaic power.
