Problems solved by technology

However, in the process of spreading and smoothing the sample powder, the fluffy boric acid of the substrate is easily turned up by the movement of the sample powder, making the sample work useless, and the sample powder needs to be replenished
Because the specific gravity of the sample powder is generally large, the fluidity is poor, the pressure on the working surface is inconsistent, and partial peeling is easy to occur when demolding after molding
Therefore, it is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task to spread out a sample powder layer with good thickness and uniform flatness. When the method of adding more sample powder is adopted, the sheeting rate will decrease.
[0004] The problems of the above method are: 1, low efficiency; 2, peeling layer is easy to occur; 3, the amount of sample powder is large; 4, the tableting rate is low

Embodiment 1

[0026] A method for pressing a sample sheet for XRFS analysis of a boric acid substrate. The steps of the technical solution adopted in this embodiment are:

[0027] Step 1: Put 2.5-3.0 g of boric acid into the bottom of the charging chamber of a tablet press for XRFS analysis, and spread it flat to obtain a substrate layer.

[0028] Step 2, making a film material with a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm into a diameter d=d 0 - (3 ~ 4mm) disc, that is, the backing film. where: d 0 Indicates the diameter of the charging chamber of the tablet press for XRFS analysis, d 0 = 35mm.

[0029] Step 3: spread the backing film on the base layer, and spread 0.5-2 g of sample powder evenly on the backing film.

[0030] Step 4: smooth the sample powder with a sample spoon, install the indenter of the tablet press for XRFS analysis, pressurize, maintain the pressure, and demold to obtain the sample for XRFS analysis of the boric acid substrate.

Embodiment 2

[0032] A method for pressing a sample sheet for XRFS analysis of a boric acid substrate. The steps of the technical solution adopted in this embodiment are:

[0033] Step 1: Put 3.0-3.5 g of boric acid into the bottom of the charging chamber of a tablet press for XRFS analysis, and spread it flat to obtain a substrate layer.

[0034] Step 2, making a film material with a thickness of 0.7-1mm into diameter d=d 0 - (4 ~ 5mm) disc, that is, the backing film; where: d 0 Indicates the diameter of the charging chamber of the tablet press for XRFS analysis, d 0 = 40mm.

[0035] Step 3, spreading the supporting film on the substrate layer, and then evenly spreading 1.5-3 g of sample powder on the supporting film.

[0036] Step 4: smooth the sample powder with a sample spoon, install the indenter of the tablet press for XRFS analysis, pressurize, maintain the pressure, and demold to obtain the sample for XRFS analysis of the boric acid substrate.

Abstract

The invention relates to a tableting method for a sampler wafer with a boric acid substrate applied to XRFS analysis. The technical scheme of the method comprises the steps of putting 2.5-3.5g boric acid into the bottom of a material cavity of a tableting machine, and spreading out to acquire a substrate layer; preparing a thin film material with the thickness of 0.5-1mm into a wafer with a diameter d that is equal to d0-(3-5mm), and thus acquiring a liner film, wherein d0 is the diameter of the material cavity of the tableting machine, mm; then tiling the liner film on the substrate layer, and uniformly spreading 0.5-3g sample powder onto the liner film; and at last floating the sample powder by using a sample spoon, installing a press head of the tableting machine, pressurizing, keepingthe pressure and demolding to acquire the sampler wafer with the boric acid substrate applied to XRFS analysis. The method has the characteristics of being high in efficiency, not prone to generate astripping layer, small in consumption of sample powder, and high in production rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of XRFS analysis tabletting. Specifically relates to a method for pressing a sample sheet for XRFS analysis of a boric acid substrate. Background technique [0002] The X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRFS) analysis method of powder compression is more and more widely used because it is fast, simple and does not change the chemical state and uniformity of the sample for the preparation of the sample for analysis. Tablet pressing methods are divided into plastic ring method, substrate hemming method and iron ring method according to different molds. The substrate wrapping method is more widely used because it can adapt to powders with poor self-binding force. Boric acid substrate wrapping tablet method (Li Xinjia.
