Abstract

The invention discloses a time comparison system for digital real-time processing, and a comparison method. The system comprises a satellite signal receiving unit, a local frequency scale digitalization unit, a time measurement unit, and a data processing unit; the system is assisted by a time comparison method of edge effect and edge fitting of the ADC data conversion, the digital processing is directly performed on an initial time interval signal between the local frequency scale and a satellite signal and the local frequency scale; a falling edge of the initial time interval signal obtainedthrough the digital timing sequence comparison is expanded through an edge expansion circuit, and the measurement on the time interval length is accomplished by utilizing a voltage time function relation of the falling edge process of the time interval signal after reconstructing the edge expansion. The work needing to accomplish under a simulation environment in the time transfer process is directly transferred to the digital environment through the digital processing of the time comparison, the high performance of an analog-to-digital converter and the high-speed operation capacity of a digital signal processor greatly improve the response time of the system, and the instantaneity of the time comparison is guaranteed.
