Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a cross-linking agent and a multi-stimulus-response discoloration self-repairing coating and a preparation method thereof. Preparation of the cross-linking agent comprises the steps that S1, a stimulus response compound, that is, a spiropyran derivative with hydroxyl groups at both ends is prepared; S2, a cross-linking agent containing the spiropyranderivative and with an end group as a double bond and the middle as an amide bond is prepared; coating is prepared, specifically, S3, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, initiator and the cross-linking agent obtained in the step S2 are stirred and mixed to obtain an oil phase; and S4, deionized water, emulsifier and neutralizer are mixed and stirred evenly to obtain an oil phase, the water phaseis then mixed with the oil phase obtained in the step S3 to obtain mixed liquid, ultrasonic treatment is performed, and the multi-stimulus-response discoloration self-repairing coating is obtained. The obtained coating has the functions of ultraviolet light-sensitive discoloration and mechanical force-sensitive discoloration. Amide bond structures contained in a polymer can form hydrogen bonds inpairs, the reversible formation-breakage of the hydrogen bonds are used for realizing a self-repairing function of the coating, and the service life of the coating is prolonged.
