Abstract
The invention discloses environment-friendly composite plastic with a pearlescent effect and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly composite plastic is prepared from six types of rawmaterials including: base resin, modified resin, a macromolecular compatilizer, a tougheningplasticizer, filler and auxiliaries. The base resin is a microcosmic phase separation multi-block high-molecular copolymer, a macromolecular block of the base resin at least comprises a rubber chain segment and a plastic chain segment, the phase domain micro-region of the rubber chain segment has a size value range of 15-80 nanometers; the modified resin is one or more of polyolefin resin, styrene resin, polyester resin and polyformaldehyde resin. The preparation method comprises the steps of raw material pretreatment, raw material preparation, raw material premixing and extruder processing. The composite plastic and the preparation method thereof have the beneficial effects that the safe and environment-friendly composite plastic with a pearlescent effect, excellent physical and mechanical properties and processability and moderate cost is provided.
