mobile phone glass window. The printing process includes the following steps of A, first printing of a mirror-like silver logo layer, B, second printing of a pearly luster layer, C, third printing of three
layers of white bottoms, and D, fourth printing of a matte black cover bottom layer. Ink colors of the mirror-like silver logo layer, the pearly luster layer, the three
layers of white bottoms and the matte black cover bottom layer are in natural transition, the pearly luster effect of the pearly luster layer is highlighted through the three
layers of white bottoms and the matte black cover bottom layer, and the pearly luster layer gives out metallic luster and has the serene, elegant and pearly effects through
refraction of the ink layers; the
total thickness of all the ink layers is only 19-33 <mu>m, and the good light permeability of the
glass window is kept; moreover, due to the fact that a pearly luster
pigment has a light receiving function, the light permeability of the
glass window is improved, the pearly luster effect of the pearly luster layer is improved, different refracted luster effects at different angles are displayed, and layering and stereoscopic impression of patterns are shown.
