Problems solved by technology

[0003] At the same time, the denitrification efficiency of biomass direct combustion power plants cannot meet the requirement of NOx lower than 100mg / m due to the medium denitrification efficiency of SNCR. 3 requirements, the catalyst in the SCR process is prone to poisoning and failure, which has always been the bottleneck of upgrading and transformation
[0004] As mentioned above, there are certain problems in the preparation of activated carbon and the process of direct combustion of biomass, but there is no precedent for coupling the preparation of activated carbon pyrolysis gas with direct combustion of biomass for denitrification

Abstract

The invention provides a system and a method coupling activated carbon pyrolysis gas preparation and biomass direct combustion denitration. The system comprises: a carbonization furnace for performinga carbonization reaction on a raw material and generating initial pyrolysis gas; a secondary combustion chamber used for receiving the initial pyrolysis gas generated by the carbonization furnace through a first pipeline for combustion, one part of the combusted pyrolysis gas being introduced into the carbonization furnace through a second pipeline for heat exchange, and the other part of the combusted pyrolysis gas being introduced into a biomass incinerator; and the biomass incinerator used for receiving the combusted pyrolysis gas generated by the secondary combustion chamber and the pyrolysis gas subjected to heat exchange in the carbonization furnace so as to carry out a denitration reaction. According to the system and the method, the pyrolysis gas generated in an activated carbon preparation carbonization process is introduced into the biomass incinerator, and reacts with nitrogen oxides generated by biomass incineration, so that the purpose of removing nitrogen oxides is achieved, and meanwhile, the pyrolysis gas prepared from the activated carbon can be efficiently and cleanly utilized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of biomass power generation and activated carbon preparation, in particular to a method for preparing activated carbon pyrolysis gas coupled with direct combustion of biomass for denitrification. Background technique [0002] At present, the large-scale production of activated carbon mainly adopts the physical activation method. The raw materials are firstly carbonized in the carbonization furnace to generate carbonized material, and then the carbonized material enters the activation furnace and is mixed with water vapor, CO 2 , air or flue gas and other activated gases contact, and activate the activated carbon to obtain activated carbon. In the process of preparing activated carbon, there are characteristics of serious environmental pollution, high energy consumption and insufficient resource utilization. Especially as environmental protection requirements become more and more stringent, some production enterprise...
