Wind driven generators are disposed aside of an anaerobic tank; and a solar power installation is disposed on a roof above the anaerobic tank. The tank is provided with at least one three-dimensional ecological self-refluxing circulation nitrification processing unit; each unit is divided into an ecological deodorization zone and a circulation nitrification reaction zone from top to bottom; each reaction zone is divided into an aerobic zone, a facultative zone, a sedimentation zone and an anaerobic zone from inside to outside, wherein the aerobic zones are provided with aeration components. The sewage flows through the anaerobic zone to the aerobic zone and enters the facultative zone for reaction and primary sedimentation after reacting in the aerobic zone through an aeration effect; partial of the sewage mixed liquid is aerated and enters the aerobic zone again; the other partial of the sewage self-refluxes to the anaerobic tank through a sludge diversion pipe; and a supernatant in the sedimentation zone finally flows out from a collecting pipe. The aeration power and gas-water density difference allows the sewage realizing self-refluxing circulation nitrification among every zone, so that pollutants can be effectively removed and the sewage can meet discharge indexes such as deodorization, nitrogen and phosphorus removal and total nitrogen in upgrading and reconstruction of municipal sewage plants.

The method comprises the following steps that S1, the waste printed circuit boards are crushed, nonmetal powder is extracted and put into a first temperature zone of a two-stage heating pyrolyzing furnace, and meanwhile a composite catalyst is put into a second temperature zone of the two-stage heating pyrolyzing furnace; S2, the first temperature zone and the second temperature zone are heated simultaneously, and the pyrolyzed oil is collected after pyrolyzation is completed, wherein according to heating conditions, the first temperature zone is heated to 400 DEG C to 450 DEG C, the temperature is kept for 1 h to 1.5 h, the second temperature zone is heated to 450 DEG C to 500 DEG C, and the temperature is kept for 1.5 h to 2.5 h. The composite catalyst is prepared from, by weight, 35-65 parts of Al2O3 and 65-35 parts of CaCO3. The method comprises the following steps of 1, ethanol and sulfite-based pretreatment comprising that furfural residues reacts with sulfite in an ethanol solution and reaction products are subjected to solid-liquid separation, 2, countercurrent washing comprising that the solids obtained by the step 1 are subjected to multistage countercurrent washing by an ethanol washing liquid, 3, enzyme hydrolysis comprising that the solids subjected to the multistage countercurrent washing are subjected to cellulase hydrolysis, and 4, ethanol recovery comprising that the liquid obtained by the solid-liquid separation in the step 1 is mixed with the washing liquid recovered after the countercurrent washing in the step 2 and the mixed solution is subjected to pressure reduction condensation to form ethanol and lignosulfonate. The method utilizes combination of an organic solvent method and a sulfite method. Through the sulfite method, furfural residues are pretreated so that furfural residue sample hydrophily is improved and lignin removal and hydrolysis rate increasing are realized. Through the organic solvent method, the raw materials are pre-treated so that pretreatment liquid recovery and recycle are realized and a production cost is reduced.
