Meanwhile, the treatment process provided by the invention can relieve cross-linking and adsorption states of high-molecular polymers, promotes oxidation degradation of polymers, facilitates to increasing migration space of free-state water molecules in the oily sludge, is favorable for solid-liquid separation of the oily sludge, and reduces energy consumption of centrifugal dehydration, thereby improving settleability of a solid phase in the oil-contained sludge and facilitating to realizing quantity reduction and even harmless discharge of sludge.
