Abstract

The invention discloses an implanted circularly polarized antenna loaded with a gradient structure for wireless biomedicine. The installation of an X-shaped groove inside a radiation patch can extendthe effective current path on the surface of the radiation patch and further reduce the size of the antenna. Loading a umbrella-shaped gradient structure can increase the capacitance distribution perunit length, increase a propagation constant, shifts the antenna resonance frequency to the low frequency, and reduces the size of the antenna. Installing a semicircular groove can increase new resonance points, thereby widening the bandwidth. The long rectangular grooves in upper and lower arched grooves introduce geometric perturbation so as to form two orthogonal components with equal amplitudes and a phase difference of 90 degrees, thereby resulting in circular polarization characteristics. The antenna only has a size of 9*9*0.635mm3, has the characteristics of anti-interference, miniaturization, a wide frequency bandwidth, circular polarization, and excellent biocompatibility, is easy to be integrated into an implantable wireless biomedical device, is suitable for ISMM2.45GHz band, and can meet the working needs after implanted into human tissues.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of implantable antennas, in particular to an implantable circularly polarized antenna with a gradient loading structure for wireless biomedicine, which is suitable for implantable circularly polarized wireless biomedical devices in the ISM 2.45GHz frequency band. Background technique [0002] Wireless body area network is a communication network composed of sensors on or in the body and various network elements scattered around the body. Implantable systems are an important part of wireless body area network. The implantable system is mainly used to measure the biochemical and physiological parameters of the living body under the condition that the living body is not restrained, and is used for disease diagnosis and organ replacement. The basic principle of the implantable system is to use the sensors implanted in the living body to collect various information, process it into a debugging signal through the ...
